Boydton, VA. *************** Yancey to Yancey For and in Consideration of one Black Gilding and six Barrells of Corn raited at forty three Pounds twelve Shillings to me in hand paid by my Son Phillip Yancey I have Bargained and Sold and by these Present do bargain Sell and Deliver unto the said Phillip Yancey One Certain Negroe Boy by the Name of Randel aged about four years To have and to hold the said negroe Boy Randel unto the said Phillip Yancey his Heirs Etc forever and I do hereby Warrant and will forever Defend the title of the said Negroe Etc unto the said Phillip Yancey his Heirs Etc against the Just Claim or Claims of any Person or Persons whatever.
